Re: [EU, Germany] [740€] Super Soco 2,5 kWh battery

A friend in Netherlands bought a couple from a company that salvaged these sharing-scooters. I wanted to reuse the cells from that battery but chose new ones :)

[EU, Germany] [740€] Super Soco 2,5 kWh battery

Selling an original Super Soco battery from a sharing-CUX e scooter.

Re: Speed record with scooter requirements?

So I was at EICMA last friday and they had a prototype of an ESC championship scooter there. The facts were astoundingly...boring :D If I recall it correctly, it was 200A*2 @96V ?! Propably limited due to championship rules. The scooter was massive, like 30cm wide..and only housed a 1kWh battery. Bu...

Re: Speed record with scooter requirements?

huge current wouldn't get the thing going faster but only to go fast Depends. You can play around with the Kv-rating of the motor. And motor with higher KV are more common than these with lower ones. My idea was to use a very high Kv motor and use a big inverter to supply enough current to reach th...

Re: Speed record with scooter requirements?

I´d say go for a belt or chain driven rear wheel setup. I personally don´t like that due to noise/inefficiency but in your case this sounds optimal, because you can change the gearing to fulfill your needs. A single motor would be sufficient ih he doesn´t want to set the acceleration record aswell :...

Re: Axial flux hub motors.

Go for it and build one! :D I have no real clue what the big difference is between axial winding and regular but I know that all formula student electric cars use axial motors, too (their favorite is a motor from emrax, they specialized on axial flux outrunners). Personally, I´d like to see a rear d...

Re: Help with upgrading a Super Soco TSX

Modifying will be more expensive than selling the TSX with both batteries for lets say 4000$. For a proper upgrade, you don´t really need a new motor, but new inverter (60V rated, 100A cont. if using both batteries in parallel which is fine as long as their SOC´s are about equal), a new display, new...

Re: Cheaper hubsinks?

Would be awesome if you get more than one set and supply the community :D
I mean, for me as a student 75€ for a set of aluminium is pretty expensive too that´s why I came up with the solution of ordering in bulk, which reduced the price to ~55€/piece incl. fees.

Re: Cheaper hubsinks?

Like I said, I payed less (about 40% less I think) because I ordered more. If it´s not a big deal, consider building your own and sell them at a lower price. That would help anyone involved and produce a more diverse market :D https://hubsink.com/pages/distributors Ask him for a better price here or...

Re: Cheaper hubsinks?

Well maybe consider the time and money somebody (Sketch Coleman) put in to develop these hubsinks, tested and marketed them and suddenly, 75€ including shipping to Europe (for me) isn´t expensive at all. I asked him to get me a discount if I´d take 10 and he did so you could even do the community a ...

Re: [EU] [420€] QS205 v3i eBike

Unfortunately no, it´s just the motor with statorade (the rim is still in use, I just changed motor because I bought the wrong one).
But if you need an additional heatsink (hubsink v2), I can help you out.

This is 150mm dropout min and 220mm dropout max.
Sure, you can either use spacers (or metrical nut) or maybe your swingarm is flexible enough to "bend" the 2cm :D

[sold] QS205 v3i eBike

Selling my basically brand new QS205 v3i "eBike" variant. I needed the "eScooter" variant so that was an incorrect order. The motor comes with statorade (ferrofluid), added by the manufacturer itself. Specs: - QS205 V3i - 11.3 Kv - 6mm² phase cables - dual Hall sensor - dual Temp...

Re: Super Soco TS Upgrade

nice project! And hello from the SuperSoco forum ;) Iam planning to convert my SuperSoco TC to also 4kW nominal and a ~3,5kWh battery. Currently Iam driving around with a "dual controller setup" where the original controller keeps the system and communication running and the new controller...
