Re: TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Ref. Distance traveled displayed. My system (860C with OSF V1.0.0) is displaying distance traveled with a 4% error. It is 4% low against the benchmark of a new Garmin 830. I've made several runs and the distance has been consistently low. I measured the rear wheel circumference by rolling the rear ...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Hello, I'm happy user TSDZ2 with opensource firmware. I have just one problem. The motor does not stop immediately when I stop pedaling, but after 0,5 - 1 sec. There was no problem with the original software. Do You have any idea where is the problem? I tried many settings but nothing helps. Displa...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

>>In firmware version 1.0.0 is Boost actually enabled when "disabled" in settings? This appears to be the case from my own testing. In OSF 1.0 , when 'Boost' is enabled (the setting value is actually 'disabled'), my startup increases the motor current quite a bit, like up to 12 amps or more (depend...

In firmware version 1.0.0 is Boost actually enabled when "disabled" in settings?

I have seen several references to that being the case here in this thread. It that true or not?

The WIKI says not to not "enable" it due to Bugs.

......oil cooled.
I can run 850 Watts all day with no over heating.
I will share how I did it after I perfect the process.
That is interesting, I'm curious how you have managed this.
I will wait patiently for your report.
Me too!

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive with 860C, 850C or SW102 displays only -- Flexible OpenSource firmware (Casainho code only)

Like @hosekk, I am experiencing the motor not stopping assistance quickly enough when I stop pedaling at higher assist levels. It is taking ~1 second to stop adding motor power after human power is stopped and this makes shifting effectively very difficult. At lower assist levels such as 6 or 7 it i...

Re: Intro guide to TSDZ2 & BBS02

With our developed OpenSource firmware for TSDZ2, you get motor full support to cadence up to 120 RPM! ! (you need to use the most updated version!). And I am now working to make TSDZ2 with our firmware, working as a standard fully wireless ebike , meaning many GPS cycling computers like Garmin Edg...
