I have had my bike out with the new software a few times now. I must say I am very happy with it. Exactly what I wanted :thumb: Amazingly the motor is much quieter now. I was getting strange noises on the stock firmware and on 1.1.!!!! This has eradicated that completely. Thank you for such a great ...

Re: TSDZ2, no Pedal Assist?

Testing it on a stand isn’t really going to work. You need to give it a proper ride. I’m sure it will be fine once you put some proper pressure through the pedals.

Guys, any chance we can let MBrusa and the other developers have a bit of space and time on this, these guys are doing it voluntarily and to make the demands some of you are making, is taking the whole project into the realms that you have paid top dollar for what is a free upgrade you yourselves h...

I think this is a common problem on the fat bike versions. Is yours a fat bike?

Wow, this looks great. The low cadence performance on my 860c setup is far from ideal. Can't wait for the weekend to give it a go.

Anyone running it yet? What are your thoughts?

These are the settings I use. It is working better than the default settings. Thanks for this :thumb: My boost settings are the same as the regular assist settings so perhaps that is the problem! I'll up them and see if it makes a difference. I have configured the torque settings but can't say it m...

I too have been round the houses with this problem. I find the motor only really starts to kick in at a cadence above 50. I have tried every configuration I can think of and still no joy. Not much use when pulling away from lights or on a hill. Once up to speed it’s fine.

Just use 3-4 layers of nickel across those connections and you should be fine.

SW102 problem: I've tried the successive quick click and long hold on the power button to access the Config screen for initial setup with the OSF. No success after many attempts. The wiki page doesn't describe the button sequence for this on the SW102. An earlier post to this forum suggested that t...

Re: TSDZ2 doesn't assist after coasting

So, not a coasting issue. the brake switch cuts the power as it should, but keeps it cut to 20 seconds plus. using one cable brake and one hydraulic. I'll be fitting the hydraulic magnet switch shortly. Cheers :bigthumb: I would be tempted to just get rid of the brake switches altogether. I don’t h...

What is the largest capacity battery you can fit in the frame?

Have you weighed the finished bike?

Re: TSDZ2 doesn't assist after coasting

Thanks Alfie, that is my next intention. Weather, less daylight and plenty of "must dos" has been keeping away, but I can make a quick trial to confirm if it is brake or coasting. This is a relatively cheap conversion, but I'm not going to pretend it's the highest quality engineering. Buy...
