Re: Razor e300 heritage scooter mod heavy.
Hi do you still have the scooter? I would like to know more about the 12mm axle. Where did you get it? And also about the disk brake calipers mount. If you have a scaled drawing of the mount plate. That's is the cleanest looking one I seen. Thanks

Re: Newbie with first scooter .. first mods
Performance gain for sure. I see people had been over volting those motor all the way up to 60v. If I were you I would hold off on the battery and just try the motor 2k brushless 1st. Lot of people use those motor on razor mx650 upgrade. Maybe you can go from there on you research.

Re: Razor E200 Build
Now that I look at it. Gear on the threaded side and brake disc on the 3 bolt side is exactly how the rx200 wheel set up. Just flipped the wheel hub vs the e200.
Hope this help

Re: Razor E200 Build
Nice progress.
I see that you use the threaded side of the wheel for gear. Then maybe there is a 3 bolt brake disc that can go on the other side.

Ic. Do share your though after the up grade. My metro don't have the bracket ready for the caliper so I will have to get one weld on. I will have to look for one too.
Can you share a picture of how you dropout look like from the caliper side.

Re: Razor E200 Build
So you are going with a 12" wheel vs the 8" razor wheel?
Why do you need 3 speed?
Can that just be done with the throttle?

Looks like it's a brush motor controller to me. I guess chain drive? You have plenty of room for lithium battery. Here is a example of a battery that will fit right in. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=113550#p1680175 This is about as cheap as they get, so should give you an...

Help choosing the right shaft (axis) on outrunner
I want to pick up a pair of flipsky 6354 battle hardened for my razor e200 while they are on sale for $140. And I need help to choose the shaft for the sprocket for #25 chain . There are really not much selection out there other than the type with 2 set screw on a collar. https://www.ebay.com/itm/13...

Re: 36v e200 finished but.........
It shouldn't matter as long as the motor is the same kind (both brushed) and the voltage of the system is what the controller expects. For the same throttle position, the 24v motor will spin faster at 36v, proportional to the difference in voltage. The 200w motor is only made to take a certain amou...

Re: Razor E200 Build
You shouldn't need to worry about the drop out much as you will need to beef it up with thicker metal to handle the power you wanted and might as well add the bracket for the disc brake. God I really need to learn to welding :D I don't think 99usd is expensive at all. Common 2000w ebike controller a...

Re: Razor E200 Build
So which way are you going. 1) Using the hub motor to drive the razor wheel with chain? Or 2) lace the hub motor to the smallest wheel possible and use without chain? Here is the gear ration calculator. You will need the rpm of you hub motor. https://electricscooterparts.com/motorwheelgearratio.html...

You check this controller out yet?
Up to 4-20s 100a. And very small. I think this will work with your battery.

Re: Razor E200 Build
I think the configuration from picture 2 is better. You don't want and slanted deck and lower to the ground will feel more stable at high speed. I don't like standing on my ecosmart it feel too very unstable. How about you get a used 12 inch kids bike and cut out the back half and use the bottom bra...
