Re: e bike "black book"

Look at what other BionX are selling for. Not many kilometers on it so it should be good to go. Take pictures of the gears and the windings to prove its still in tip top shape, it would sell faster that way too. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=97114&p=1423021&hilit=bionx+gone#p1423021 ...

e bike "black book"

Hi Guys, This is Parker. I wanted to sell a used BionX S 350 DL 26" 2014 with around 3000 km on it approximately but I have no idea how to price it! I was wondering if there is a sort of "black book" for e bikes so I could set a fair price for it. ...

Re: BionX 11S BMS with 13S battery pack

I want to use11S BionX BMS (from Trek or Diamant bike) for a 48V battery. Of course I would reprogram the BMS from 41V to 48V with the BIB 2 interface. Is it possible?

Re: Bionx 11S BMS with 13S battery pack

I have read you can go the other way, 13S BMS on a 11S Battery, as for your way you'd have to buy a 13S BMS or a small 2S BMS to add to your existing 11S, which means your charging routine would change.

BionX 11S BMS with 13S battery pack

Hello everyone!
It is possible to join 13S battery pack to BionX 11S BMS ?
The higher tension is borne by the BMS?

Re: BionX Torque Sensor Help Needed

The sensor is glued onto the axle, and both sensor and axle need to be perfectly flat before doing so. You'll need to buy a new sensor (peanuts), cut out the old sensor, clean and smooth the axle flat, solder the new sensor to the cable (taking care not to damage the sensitive leads), then carefully...

Thanks for the info. That failure mode seems to line up with what I am observing. I'm a little concerned about buying a used one if this is a common occurrence. There doesn't seem to be a way to verify before buying. I've seen some of the posts on splitting the case. It appears within my skill set t...

Re: BionX Torque Sensor Help Needed

In BionX motors a common problem is the strain gauge sensor detaching from the axle. When this happens you'll either get no output signal, a very weak one, or a sporadic one. It very much looks like this is what happened here. ...

BionX Torque Sensor Help Needed

Hi, I have an older(circa 2012) what I think is an 350 PL-350 system. The battery has 350 HT L written on it. The boost isn't working the way that it did originally. We used it heavily for the first 5 years with about 1k a year on it, but then it let it sit for the past year. The battery was pretty ...

Re: Bionx controller replacement

Correct. The 5v supply comes from the controller. It should be on the same connector as the hall signals.

Re: Bionx controller replacement

Fechter, Just need a little clarification. The three + pins are connected to each other, and the three - are connected to each other, right? "This powers them". What is "this". What is the power source? Do they not get connected to a power source?

Re: Bionx controller replacement

Below is a typical hall sensor pinout. (note the tiny +, -, and o. O is the output signal).

The + and - power wires from all 3 sensors are tied together. This powers them.
The signal wires stay separate and go to the controller.

I'm using the BionX IGH3 with our firmware. It's completely quiet except small resonance vibrations in the range of 12-14 km/h.
