That is odd. The only things I can think of is that they may have issues shipping large quantities of batteries or that they are consumer focused and that large an order makes you seem like a reseller. Maybe try asking for 100 and see what happens.

Good feedback. Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s really strange for me. I placed an order and received the batteries without any issue several months ago. I recently requested a quote for about 500 batteries and I’ve yet to hear a response (even after several more attempts).

I received shipping info today. The batteries that I ordered on 7/31 are supposed to be delivered on 8/13. Apparently they are currently on a truck in Nebraska.
