Haah

Anyway, i am pretty sure that lmx tried O ring chain and it made little difference. Is that also what Surron riders found?

Those cart chains are short. ~70cm.
You need 160cm ~
That means you have to buy 3 of them and using 3 master links.
How come? If they are 219 pitch and 108 links, how will they not fit? What am I missing? I’m obviously counting my link incorrectly.. Oops!

They are not cheap.... https://www.kkckartshop.co.uk/karts-components/chain-sprockets/chains/rk-blue-o-ring-racing-chain.html I’m looking into getting a front sprocket 3D printed. There are some tough plastics out there these days including some composites that are printable. Even if they are dispos...

Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

Have you tried powering the motor whilst on and then off the bike frame without the front cog attached. Could be worth seeing how much noise is being generated by the frame itself.

Re: QS205 50H V2 vs V3 - What's the difference?

There have been threads and discussions about this topic. The v3 has more copper in the windings so it can make more power or overheat less. Thats about the long n short of it.

Can you just unplug the CA and see if the issues persist? If they do, then it must be something other than the CA.

It's the vibration through the frame that needs dampening.
Dynamat might be worth a go to damp the resonance

I have used dynamat in my van to reduce cabin noise. Its quite heavy but it does work.

As discussed with one of the customers by email, yes we can share the file but honestly it did not make any diffrence and is not as strong as the alu version. Adam Thanks Adam. I would still like the file as I want to try and make it work. I will probably modify it to sit on top of the existing alu...

Nice site Ben :thumb: great to see UK 18650 access. Nkon site postage is a killer as you probably know.

What's your wholesale discount % and postage cost for UK mainland?..

Thanks.
Nkon has a flat rate of postage of around £12.00 which is pretty good if buying 200 cells

Re: DNM burner rcp-2s spring

Taken from Ti-Springs website "36.5mm ID Fitment - For Use With DVO Suspension, Cane Creek, BOS Suspension, Ohlins, Marzocchi, Manitou Shocks & X-Fusion Shocks" So springs made by those companies should fit

35mm and 38mm are also other standard sizes

Re: DNM burner rcp-2s spring

There is a number punched on the spring. Ex.: .550 2.75 The first number is spring weight (lbs required to compress one inch), the second is the travel. Once you know the spring weight and travel that you need, you can buy the spring used or new, steel or titanium. I would first check for used ones...

Re: E-S LMX 64 Bike Owners

After some riding I think I need to get a couple of centimeters closer to the handlebars. What's the best way of achieving this? Is there some kind of tilted raisers? Did you already move the seat all the way forward? Hi Adam, can you show what you use to quieten down the noise on the LMX 64.

It looks to me that there has been absolutely nothing done on the front sprocket area what so ever to reduce the noise it makes. How is this? LMX boys showed in a video how the noise had now been reduced by using something to dampen the front sprocket which makes 100% of the noise. I hope your bike...

Probably make no difference apart from the weight penalty. Also depends on what width tyre you are thonking of running. I have a 1.4 and a 1.8 and both run a 3" off road tyre

I commute on a frame I made that is fitted with a g510 1000w motor in Sheffield UK, round trip is 32 miles. I fail to see how the current law could be enforced, the bike does not stand out, and it is not capable of silly speeds. The large motor mainly helps a lot on big hills, but on the average 16...

I do remember Allex once saying that the adaptto bms had an accuracy of plus/minus 20mv. Once the pack was built and connected to the adaptto bms it read there was a 20mv dif...
