looks like my top speed was good. Hyena was also using %120 timing on the motor. Our unloaded speeds where just about the same. I am not complaining. I am happy that I can keep up with traffic now and stay in the middle of the road.

I got about 800 miles out of my crappy stick tires that came with my bike. I got better tires and it seems that they will be lasting about 1000.

I think you guys are forgetting that the 5404 is in a 20" scooter rim. I don't think it will be drawing too many Amps compared to a 26" bicycle rim.
