I say just get the zero motorcycle at this point. It is production. It is proven so potentially it will last longer. Also it is probably a lot cheaper than what you are going to build. Just did some measurements and it looks like i would need at least 175mm to fit all my 24s LEAF batteries. If i got with 20s then i think a 150mm frame would do. As of now a 125mm frame will not do.

I like it for my regular bike. But for an ebike, pass. That twist lock will be destroyed after a few bumps at 40mph.
