yep the batttery leads are switched and the shrink wrap is ok but the battery cells are spread out and the bottom of the pack is not flat

turnagy batterys

just orders a couple more batterys 6s it deffently a different batch the leads are switched and deformed case .the 10gauge has smaller isulation. i odered 3 bout 3 weeks prior nice and square as you expect ill take some pics later running them thru a couple cycles now

thats lookin good there. how do it ride with the skinny front. my bike fully loaded right now is bout 74 lbs on a Ti muk lol im running a single speed too but i have alternator drops on mine . with the snow and running only 7 lbs of air im gettin bout 45 to55 wh/miles on 18s2p .what kind of stats do...

this is on my Salsa Mukluk with a 170 rear drop out been running it 8 months no problem. im 260lbs plus a 74.4 lbs bike mine is laced for an offset wheel

i left my cell monitor on my 6s for 2 weeks the highest voltage was .067 and .050 and the rest were zero,but the ir was bout 25 for the pack dead and is 37 now after charged. it was a spyder pack but have bout 50 plus runs in a 18s2p pack with the rest bein hk . the rest of the batterys are bout 70 ...

399.99 and there out of seattle wa they weight 1295 gram i was thinkin of getin 2 for 44vollt then i would have about 40 miles of travel time

its like high tension concrete. once the concrete is hard you cant tension the rebar,or itll break the concrete

Stainless is softer than 4130. and plus your try to close a big gap thats glued openjust a half inch away. you need to pre tension your peice that your glueing first and not glue first then tension. so bolt your axle in your axle plate then glue it to your bike the stainless moves around .i had mine...

it looks like theres still green paint on the frame.i know theres no such thing as green seel or aluminum. so the bond failed between the paint and the frame

theses are my alternator brackets i had made out of 4130 steel and water jetted. you can see they messed up a little bit. the left and right sides are the same. This is only for the Ti mukluk frames the muk 1,2,or even 3s dont come with this feature. :mrgreen: put this in fatire builds section too. ...

the 100mm bb wont need that tool. have to use a tourque arm. both ats and the other one got back to me and they dont have one for my Ti mukluk .

If you send it to him he will do it ive bought two from him one sensor and melted some wires all my fault layed against an exhaust heating system. im in alaska that will be back on the 20,then ill send him my other one so i can use 44 lipo,48 lipof4 and 66 lipo,88 volt lipo. he did it for my sensor ...

yes something did change i got two orders of batterys now they say they dont ship to alaska. i made the mistake of sending a bad battery back for warrenty some one signed for it but they dont know were it is . they lost my business

it wont be that bad. im ridin all year long thru the snow plus im bout 250 with no cloths. ive been running a half fatty for a little while now ,i just up the power a little more plus right now its 15 degrees, the motor is deffently not a heater lol

3540 hub in a surley offset wheel

im goin to mount a 3540 hub in a surley offset rim goin in a 170 dropout. has anyone else done this? or am i goin to be the guny pig. bike is a salsa mukluk frame. will have pics when its done
