this is a battery pack i found in the battery recycle box at the hardware store.
the manufacturer relied on the plastic cover to insulate the cell, but the vibration probably wear through the plastic

in the picture i think i see that the cable goes through the axel at a angle. maybe you can fit the bearing on the axel without the cable. after the bearing is on the axel fit the wire.

I am planning to convert a Aprillia RS50 to electric. the rs50 is normally powered by a 50cc engine. with a 50kmh speed limit

what configuration of the QS 273 motor in cast 17" wheel will work for 80 to 100 kmh on 72V. power rating and turns.
