It must be the mount that is twisting or your motor sliding backwards under load.
Or maybe the clamp on the frame is slipping.
Try some silicon under the clamp to secure it if it is slipping.
If it is twisting add another brace

I noticed you ran the secondary chain on both sides of the tensioner on a couple of your pics.

You could switch the chain between output cog and cranks to bmx half link as it fits the sprocket and would do away with the tensioner as you can remove 1 link at a time

It is not the cassette that is the problem. It is the detailer not having enough spring tension. That causes high power systems to chain skip under high loads. He will need to figure out how to stiften the derailer spring. He will wear out sprockets and chains quickly now with this much power. Matt...
