800 doesnt sound bad for that amount of stored energy(2.6KWH!!!)
what type of cells were they, where from if you dont mind me asking LSBW?
though id be pushing it to get postage like that to Aus. were on the arse-end of the world here :D

sory, just tell me if im on the right track here,- 2ah cell 5c =10a. so eg. 8p = 80a :?:

that may be in shenzen ebay spec land :roll: from your experiences, what should i expect in actual ebike reality land if i want to be nice to my little batteries :?: :D

how many 20R cells in paralelle in a 20s pack would comfortably provide 80Apeak?

thanks . that was exactly what i wanted to know :D

iv also been talking to GEB -General Electric Battery Co. in shenzen.....very, very, polite. they say they think samsung 18650 20R cells have now stopped production(?)
anyway,
anyone know of them/dealt with them?

my thottle out max is still set at 4.99v.

ill stuff about a bit more but really, like you said, i wanna get it in cav3 operation asap...

hi guys. im having ver ysimilar problems with setting up my cav3... iv wired it to work as limiting device, moved green wire from tho to thd on the board in the ca, throttle plugged direct to controller. it now very definately limits speed to what i set it to, but the weird and somewhat frustrating ...

i found the problem!!!- bent throttle plug spade. your suggestion to take a good look at the plug was spot on!
something so simple...so much trouble..check the obvious first!

yeah the cav3 is quite a complex animal, menues within menues, and settings affecting other settings...i realy wanted v2.3 but got v3 with cromotor special from methods.(although im currently running hs4065) im sure i can figure it out some time soon but want to get basic stuff sorted first.iv set t...
