36'' - 38'' is my sweet spot. I've been riding a 36'' to work for the past week, but my stance is slightly too narrow.

Nice low profile. I too love drop through decks. Looks like an Ehlers bamboo board?

Great tutorial! Will link to this thread on the thingiverse page. Strange that the extension for the powerswitch didn't line up for you.. I guess you also tried rotating it 180 to make sure it was inserted the right way? Thank YOU for figuring this out and making it possible to shrink a great Tx to...

Hey guys, for my second build I want to get things as convenient as possible. Therefor I would like to integrate a Lipo Balancer/Charger right into the board. Have you guys done this before? So here's what I plan to do: 1. Wire the two 3s in series, including balance leads like seen in the attached...

Re: BadWolf V2 Status? How do you build?

I am going to get the badwolf v2 printed from shapeways as I dont have a 3D printer. Do you have to use resistors? When is he releasing it that you dont need to move USB port? I know I have to cut some off but underneath the left side of where you have to cut it there is a silver thing. Am I suppos...

Re: Using a mosfet as a switch?

I have actually ordered 10 PCBs for doing just that, using the same MOSFET as the VESCs use. Two in parallell, so is should handle 100A continuously and 300A peak or more. I made this switch with two BTS555 mosfets, yesterday. Seems to work. I encourage you to review the discussion in the thread I ...

Re: Motor size and ESC questions

bigfoot 160 is a great motor from what i hear, but at 245kv it's not as well suited for hills in a single motor setup is it? Gearing obviously will help, but wouldn't it be better to have a single 160-200kv motor vs 245kv either way for hills (not as fast top speed obviously). At 120-140lbs hills s...
