Re: Are there any good alternatives to the CA v3?

As far as I know there is nothing better at the same price. Chinese alternatives (for example lcd3) are not designed for standart controllers, as CA v3 that has the posibility to be used in every controller. The rasonable and very cheap alternative I know is to put a classic speedometer, and a Voltm...

Suitable Fuse Question

What should be the fuse Amps I should use for a 35A max amps controller? (Battery can reach that amps easily) I guess that the max amps of a controller means the maximum peak, or I am wrong? this is my controller (seller say it is 35A max) http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/High-Quality-GREENTI...

Re: Curios about this 35mm 1500W motor

I've seen so far that an upgrade in the phase wires in those 9c motors are a common request. What is the "thing"? For a common build with a 48V 20A max battery, phase wires get to hot? to much electric resistance? Thank You in advance

I think this is essentialy the same controller, at a better price. For a very reliable vendor. All that I've bought from Greentime is perfectly working for now. http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Greentime-36V-48V-350W-17-18Amax-BLDC-Motor-Controller-Electric-Bike-Tricycle-Controller-Driver/313...

Could you make a video pulling the throttle to 120% with the bike in a stand? just to hear the motor motion noise

Re: Questions about 2 motors

That max speeds (25Kph at 24V - 35Kph at 36V - 45Kph atu 48V) would fit in a 26" wheels system. I don't know what kind of motor it is at all, but I doubt it can reaches that speeds in a 8 inch wheels. undoubtedly you will be more efficient installing two of that motors if you want to reach that spee...

Re: Questions about 2 motors

What is the max battery Voltage that you are able / you want to use? i don't know maybe 36 volts but i think the design can be pretty flexible At 36V in 8 inch wheel, despite battery max Amps, You won't be able to run more than 18Kph even with the fastest 9c direct Hub motor. Try the ebikes simulat...

Re: Ebike Basic Question

Most 36V controllers will run fine on up to 63V Max, but LVC will be too low, so you need to monitor the battery to not over discharge it. If the controller has a HVC, then you'd either have to change its value or replace the controller. Your dealer may be able to answer this. the LVC is not the BM...

In that part of the frame?, Is just one of the critical spots where "torsion" and weight are focused. It will end having vibrations, or finally broken..

Re: What Ebike kit should i buy? 2000-3000w

Welcome! It's overpriced IMO. You can get they same in Aliexpress cheaper, and buying separately parts you will save money avoiding a very high duty taxes for such big order. a 48V 12Ah battery won't run so bad in that kit, but just because that controller won't feed 1500W to that hub motor so far. ...

Re: 48V BMS 30A continuous 60A peak

Yes I will use that LG that have very similar specs as ncr18650PF from tumich. But because I will put 14p. I could reach easily 60A continuous from my battery pack if my controller would let it. Its only because, in such case, I don't understand the rating (30A continuous 60A peak) from the BMS
