Re: Bafang SW102 Bluetooth LCD - OpenSource firmware and mobile app

I'm totally out of my depth here... but have been working on the SW102 with people for a while... And have access to info... Let me know if there is anything I can do to help this process... I have the Bluetooth units with working TSDZ2 code for standard programming... Not sure if any of that will ...

Re: BBSHD 100mm and 120mm w/ DPC18 or Eggrider $600 Shipped in USA

One more time before I delete this post and out them on my website for the average going rate of $700 + shipping each... I have 100mm and 120mm (new versions with light cables), with either the eggrider, my own sw102 model/programming, or dpc18 display.... $600 each, or $575 each if you buy both.......

Well actually Chalo, you are wrong. I did mention I can knock off 500w while pedaling at a maintained speed of 43mph... So if the terrain is the same, and the speed, but consumed wattage goes down... What does that tell you? The additional drag added by pedaling at 43mph is going to have to be calcu...

Re: New "Lingbei MM28.250 torque sensor mid drive"

After all that yapping I was doing... it seems someone burned up a unit @ 52v20amps... I have not confirmed overheat, etc yet - but its a good bet. They were on a recumbent... I am thinking the thing about this motor is unlike the TSDZ2 where you really have to work for the full current, at which po...

No, this is not open source, it contains some stock firmware, and slightly modified stock firmware (small increase to power)... any proprietary firmware mods are not included, and there are no open source firmware profiles either... I was just saying I have a database of ones I use/try... but the l...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

TongSheng actually puts a "BK" in the controller part number of the coaster brake version of the motor just like they put a "BK" in the part number on the outside of the case. I assume "BK" means "coaster BraKe". The stock firmware is different on the coaster brake version of the motor. The motor s...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Agreed... Not only are the TSDZ2 replacement parts cheap and available... They are the easiest to service compared to any mid drive I have used long term... But 6x the price for a BBS controller is alot...i see them go for 120-150 delivered for retail, and about 50-70 for one TSDZ2 controller delive...

Re: New "Lingbei MM28.250 torque sensor mid drive"

We have had limited success with improving the torque function on this motor, and it having a bit more power than the TSDZ2 is nice.... I still do not understand how this motor can provide more power than TSDZ2 if it pull the same amount of power from battery: same amount of current amps and voltag...
