Did you check ''esk8.de'' or ''alien power''? a bit more expensive than HK but they have motors in the right size
cool drawing

Re: Soft Latching Switch for Anti Spark Circuit
Very nice, i recently built Fechter's anti spark. Works great but like you say it uses a rocker switch and i too would prefer a momentary push button. A circuit diagram would be awesome.

Big VESC fan, however i use it on 6S & 10S.
12S should be fine with lower kv motors

Can u do the star delta switch on the fly? I think u don't have a switch u said. So what kv are u now? 149kv / 1,76(wye_delta_factor) ~85kv I can't do the switch on the fly, but 85kv on 10S with 107mm wheels is still 60km/h calculated speed (no need a switch to make it even faster:) What are the be...

Do you use 9mm width DIY's pulleys and belts? I'm a bit afraid that could slip on a single setup. But on the other side i can't find Kegel pulleys somewhere else. (esk8.de is out of stock with their 15mm's).

Re: OpenSource Remote for VESC ArduBoardControl
I meant the smartphone just for telemetry, and to set up VESC. I also wouldn't like it to use a touchscreen as throttle:/
But keep going, tastes are different.
I like the arduio style, cause you can put that thing almost everywhere, and with the right code it's almost like lego^^ DIY!

Re: OpenSource Remote for VESC ArduBoardControl
In my opinion you should forget all these oled and sd card things and add smartphone telemetry, or connect all this to jacobs bldc tool app, or both. Would safe place on TX side on RX side, everybody has a smortphone or two, we could make settings and see live data on the go <3 That remote would be ...

Ty, I'll use 2x 22k cause I have many of them laying around:)RollingGecko wrote:To measure the voltage of the Tx battery you need a voltage devisor. That's what they are for. For example 2x 10 kOhm.

Thesse blue blobs, are also inside turnigy sk3 motors. I think it's part of the process when the magnets are placed into the rotor, and it's done from a machine. Afterwards the clear adhesive was added I assume, could that be the case? In any way I agree, this r-specs are totally overpriced

Shouldn't matter in a low power application like this. Even the one with the smallest wattage should can handle your requirements.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: OpenSource Remote for VESC ArduBoardControl
Hey, which u8glib.h library do you use. I tried the one from the Arduino IDE and some frome github, but I always get compiling error (says something about u8glib). I don't even have in mind to use an oled, but I'm also to stupid to ''//comment'' all the oled code from your sketch.

Thx I now remember you already linked it some time ago.. had a little break on this project.
The new one you are working on has rf24 and BT? (BT for jacobs app?)
Should also work on arduino pro mini, cause I have some laying around?
