Re: BBSHD Voltage Problem Firmware Update & Instructions

If you get an error 30h after flashing, you may need a different bin file. Some controllers appear to require the bin file posted but others get error 30h but come alive after flashing with CRR10E4830E105001.1_APP_190311.bin

Re: BBSHD Voltage Problem Firmware Update & Instructions

Followed Amberwolf's instructions and fixed a voltage problem on one motor and resurrected another that my more advanced Bafang BESST system had bricked. Sent him a thank you. :)

There is no throttle problem but then none of my motors have ever had a throttle problem. Even ones imported recently.

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

I have been trying to contact electrifybike about buying one of their female 1 to 4 cables, but I'm not getting a reply from them. Sorry cnrd and anyone else I have missed. I needed a break so I took a few weeks to kayak a river in Southern Utah. If you or anyone else on this forum want any of the ...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

In my latest order, I received a mix of motors with silver spiders and black spiders. Up until now all motors I received had black spiders. Is the silver spider a new version of the motor? The silver ones are older motors. If the rubber seal pops out easily they are definitely the older style. I ha...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

Is anyone susesfully using a throttle on the v0.19 beta? I am getting the adc values reporting fine (menu 10/1) I have set the throttle to active (menu 8/4) but cannot get the throttle to trigger to actually activate the motor? Did you successfully use v0.18.2? That was the first version that force...

Re: Bafang SW102 Bluetooth LCD - OpenSource firmware and mobile app

If there is a way forward that allows any generic SW102 to be flashed with open source firmware then we are 100% in favor of that. So, this means that you as a seller, if an user render useless the SW102 because by mistake or on purpose did flash a no working bootloader version and ask a replace us...

One of that sellers is already selling online TSDZ2 and KT-LCD3 flashed with our firmware. Why not trust them? Trust aside, this seller charge for flashing and don't ship outside of north America. For a non north-american wanting to save $35 (+ expensive shipping if they were to ship anyway), that ...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I have a 2015 Krampus I would like to try with a TSDZ2 as well. My biggest concern is the diameter of the reduction gear housing and if it might clear the forged chainstay yoke used on the Krampus. I have been unable to find this dimension on any drawing online. Like you, I am trying to avoid the e...

So, there is cadence and torque sensor signal. Please try startup start without pedaling. Please tell if PWM duty-cycle value do increases when you pedal with torque... It should increase!! Are you sure brake signal is not active?? Ok, tested again after much rain. PWM is 0 pedaling with torque. Th...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

I tested v19 beta 3 on a coaster brake motor. There is no backward resistance but I also have no power. I did a reset and triple checked all the settings. There are good torque and PAS/cadence readings but always 0 watts. Any ideas? The motor worked fine with v18.2 but had extreme backward resistan...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I have tried version 19 beta3 which fixes the backward resistance but now with v19 beta3 the motor never applies power when pedaling. I am hoping someone will have some ideas on this. I will reflash it with 18.2 to make sure it still works with that level of firmware just to make sure something els...

Thanks for the update Casainho! The 850C is looking great. Can't wait! A fellow from TS tells me that APT can produce the 850C with the proper firmware. That is a version of 850C for the stock firmware. It won't work with the open source firmware. The version Casainho is working on will have many t...

The 850C does have a wattmeter actually - for the TSDZ2 version. FYI - the 850C is actually carried by other companies as well  some had it made a while back and kept quiet :D
Thanks for the clarification Eyebyesickle. Eco Cycles rocks! Can't wait to see what you do with this stuff!

Hi ! Nice project!!! I routed my rear brake cable through the motor. it is enough place. but rear derailleur cable would also match (brake=6mm and Shimano SP41 is only 4mm), but the real problem is the angle of the routing - its too much. Its a Frey AM1000, but might be the same issue here. I chang...
