Haha excuses My gng should be built also just waiting for 3 more 5s lipos Other wise this group ride, I'm gonna have to ride softly :( the route we take (have taken in the past) works out around 30km.. hopefully I'll be there, have a Ute too transport the bike at last so won't need a lift for a cha...

having been confined to a wheelchair for over 20 years I can tell you any axle with a thread holding them to the frame will likely break..the strongest hub axle combo Ive used are holow titanium quick release axles, yet to even bend one, yet have broken many thicker threaded axles along withwheelcha...

tip for you regarding the rawhide chews AW, soak them in water over night before giving to Tiny, they go all pliable.... you might then find she will chew them instead of just carrying them around...

I would build it around a folding style steel bicycle frame... wouldn't go with anything larger than a MAC frock motor, if you insist on a hub motor (obviously I myself wouldn't use a frock at all mid mount all the way) I would be carrying spare set of gears for the MAC along with all other usual sp...

couldn't agree more with Sunder... good luck finding Lipo anywhere near as good with same low prices HK offer... bashing a company like HK on a forum where a large percentage have dealt successfully with over YEARS won't get you far...we accept there are issues times this happens in business, wetter...

Interesting...I guess if the frock motor hadn't all but messed the suspension up, a load of batteries hanging off the end of the swing arm should do the trick lol kudos on the construction looks solid :wink:

Since I have upgraded the axle to 20 mm, I needed to replace the 17x40x12 bearings with 20x42x12s. This meant getting the hubs ...
