Re: CroBorg 2kWh Super Commuter
ahh I see not very different except the amount of connections. What is your max draw. It seems like you maybe at a higher Amperage than I am so Im not seeing the sag as much.

Re: CroBorg 2kWh Super Commuter
I really wish you could do 2P of the 16AH multistars. They would have yielded better performance. Ive been running 1P and seeing the performance you are seeing but 2P was very stiff to me.

Re: Alternate Wiring Harness
The MultiStars charged without event. This charge at 12 amps rate. I agree Christofer. The range is good. That's why we're onboard with this. Alternate Wiring Harness Design I'm documenting a possible alternate wiring harness here, I have not decided to make it at this point. I was thinking about a...

Re: CroBorg Super Commuter
It maybe warm but the jacket wont fail. PVC wire will turn in to twizzlers pull and peel. They melt together possibly causing a dangerous short. I love soldering connectors with my butane torch and the jacket just ashes over when the flame hits it. .. rub it off keep moving. No melting or none of th...

1 8G to (4) 12G should have been doable and sufficient for the current you will draw. 12G can do 90A continuous

Re: improving MXUS 3000 V2
Im a big guy I like big wheels. Even though im a big guy I like to pedal.. small wheels dont allow me to keep my preferred cadence unless i go to a large chain ring which dont fit so well on small wheel bikes or having a jacked up chainline. so im in a conundrum. Its either I have a bike built for f...

Re: improving MXUS 3000 V2
Sometimes programming doesnt match up with the real word results. Meaning its not perfectly 1:1. Come to think of it I was seeing 80A out the box before any changes So yeah mine is slightly overclocked but Lyen also beefed up the traces on my controller so Im not worried about it to much. The CA rea...

Re: improving MXUS 3000 V2
Its good to know this information. I was thinking about maxing out my setup at 18s and I can still get 40mph. Thats good enough to do what I want. Thanks for this info. Im running 65A battery which turns out to be 80A and 170A on the phase.

Re: "Destination Discovery" Extended Range MXUS 3000W Build
Fixed the surging issue I'm seeing a lot of sag today. Left the bike and batteries in the garage so I'm seeing like 10v sag and slow voltage recovery.

Re: "Destination Discovery" Extended Range MXUS 3000W Build
I was riding unrestricted but i was sandbagging. The bike can get away from you real quick and taking corners on crappy roads keeps me off the throttle. I have yet to do any real range results but if i carry my full pack Im expecting 50 miles at top speed and 250 miles at 20mph.

Issue resolved. I had to play around with the voltages for the min and max to get it in the specific range to enable the 3rd preset.

Re: Cycle Analyst V3 preview and first beta release
I have a CA v3 of course. I bought a 3 speed switch from Grin. I have it setup for 3 presets but im unable to see or activate the 3rd preset. The other two are set and are changing. when I look at the live data I can see the voltage change for all 3 settings. I can see the screen prompt for preset 1...
