What is it about ebikes in particular that make these a bad cell choice? Im looking for maximum amp hours...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

i know we are out of space for new code on the ktlcd3, but on future displays it would be great to have a battery profile menu. where everything needed to swap to a different voltage, capacity of battery was able to be saved. and switched between with ease. So you need that? Can you please explain ...

Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

Good news on the backwards resistance :bigthumb:

In one of the jblat vids i watched he said something about amps being what kills motors.

So would it be correct to asume that

50v x 14a = 700w

Is better for the motor than

39v x 18a =700w

?

hi loving the open source firmware thanks all involved ive been trying a few settings out ... just set it to 13a 700w its raining but on a very quick run out it seems pretty good on the hills. is this likely to affect motor life? battery life? my life? any advice gladly received thanks Hey, la8rat!...

I swapped my 42t chain ring to a 38t narrow wide and my biggest cog on back is 36t I can ride up the same hill with power off but it flys up with it on. Im on 26inch wheels as well so mine is a lot...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Just had my first powered ride.. im more than impressed with how it pulls up hills. Only had time for a quick play. Battery started out at 53.8 volts. I used a 5 ohm vape wire to knock it down bit by bit. At 45.5v the walk mode worked intermittently for a little bit but battery recovered to 46.5 vol...
