Sorry, didn't see this thread before... Re "to keep the idiots honest"... Better, maybe, just remove those seat belts and other protective devices from the automobiles... Nobuddy would argue that our roads should be *more* congested... :)

Well... *Another* "visit to the hospital" day... First parked in the empty parking lot across the street... Then the darned thing filled up with screaming kiddles/guys... Turned out that whole "field" is watt passes for a "playground" in urban Canada...But per Wikipedia...
