I believe NiCad patents are owned by big oil. they won't allow large scale batteries to be manufactured.

Batteryspace won't do international orders unless you fax them the front and back of your CC. A big nono for identity theft

tent poles

I may have to give up on the rain cover idea because I can't find any really flexible tent poles. The only ones I can find are a very stiff flexible.

response

Well It'll only be up when it's raining. The bike does have mirrors, they just aren't mounted in the mirror mount locations becasue the mounts never came with the bike. buzzbar

Looking at the underside, the buzzbar goes across the top just below the aqua, blue and yellow wires then down the right side to connect to that ?resistor" bar which then jumps and reconnects to the black wireground and capacitor.

controller

Looks remarkably like the controller I got from E-ride.ca If you have upped the amps beware that on mine the solder of the buzzbar melted off and the large 63V 1000uF capacitor blew. The motor might not get hot but watch the controller.

This is what I have put together, I may be wrong but... You need to decide what is most important. Distance ability Hill climbing Speed Cost Legality Looks Once decide these, then decide which bike to get. Legality. Do you have a drivers license? If you do then the number of possibilities opens up. ...

Red green would be proud. Although I'm disappointed you didn't make your own bag.

It isn't a windscreen. It's for the rain. Take out some collapsible tent poles, slap them into receptacles and you have a rain hood.
