- it's not easy.... and it can be a lot more expensive - sometimes ridiculously so.

What say you all, to a list of "local made" products that are both best in class, and made in North America (or Europe?). :?

How about starting with the most costly items - battery cells? Anyone? :lol:

Cycle Anylyst, too. The only N.A. engineered, hand-made product, nearly. The most famously-good product of its type (it is unique; the Watts-Up is not even in the same league.

C.A. or bust. I'd rather have a C. A. than be stuck with bad LiFePo4 packs, of which there are many.
The maker of the C.A. and vendor of allied products stands fully behind his goods. Good deals, fair value,
especially the hand crafted, custom engineered C.A. I'd like to see China clone and equal the C. A.;
They could not do it this year or next.

I don't know of any Lithium battery manufacturers here.
Valence is US with production in Ireland and China
A123 is US with production in Asia.
Emoli cells are still made in Canada, but the company is now owned by Molicel in Taiwan.
