eBay GSP VAT Deduction?

Just bought a camera through the Global Shipping Program and since the tax is already paid in advance to the GSP I got kinda lost about how I can get a refund for the VAT as I'm a business owner and when I import stuff and pay import tax then I get a VAT refund, but here the GSP takes care of it for me.

You will have a receipt, so just put it down on your next VAT return. Assuming you are in the U.K.

I remember years ago not receiving one and read online that it is a known issue but I guess times have changed.
In Israel here, hope it works the same.
