Sweet video,hes good.

One of my first jobs in 1978 was learning how to use a plum line and laying cinder blocks for house foundations,i could not get the speed needed and became a mule moving blocks mixing cement instead.but everything i learned that year is still being used today EX truing my bicycle frames -wheels etc all done with string and measurements.

The guy on the wall, the block-layer, simply does a repetitive task that would be better accomplished by a robot. Now, the hod-carrier, the one who supplies the materials and sets up the scaffolds, is the one with the job requiring innovative skill. The level of skill depends on many factors, of course. The site may be difficult. The mixing equipment needs to work. The ratio of layers to hod-carriers may be bad, and the sun may be hot. All in all, I'm surprised you made a deprecating (albeit, self-deprecating) remark on this respectable, ancient craft.
I suspect your prejudice comes from being immersed in the hierarchy of the trade, and being indoctrinated by the self-absorbed layers. Work doesn't even begin without the hod-carrier finishing his part. This is someone who was missing from the video.

Good ole' Network, I have their collection somewhere, haven't used it in a long time. One thing you can depend on, if it's in their collection, you'll find something legendary they've only done a slight variation on.

Something like, oh, say, the Love Song of the Welsh Revival:
