Good frame for 700c tire hybrid

I was replacing my tube and figure it is time to build a new bike. What is a good frame for a 700c rim hybrid? One with mounts for disk brake. Is there differences in lengths of frames, for your height so you are not bent over more, sit up more strait? I put an adjustable neck on mine just for that and still would like to sit more strait.
