TAKING REAR WHEEL OFF DO NEED A SPECIAL TOOL?

I have two bent rear wheels, trying to remove them, took cap, bolt and caliper off. It appears be another fastener, it also looks like a special tool i needed to screw off. any IDEAS?

Without knowing what you have, couldn't say. Too many possibilities. Could be something standard, or could even be anti-theft stuff.

Details of bike?

Motor wheel? Regular bike wheel? Etc?

My bike has disc brakes, the make is a justwin, motorized, three wheel

Since the problem you are having is with the wheel and it's mounting, we would need to know about the wheel and it's mounting specifically, to be able to help you figure it out.
