Can't find any reference on ES about this British organization.

Wiki says in part:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Research_Laboratory

TRL Limited, trading as TRL, and colloquially known as the Transport Research Laboratory, is a fully independent private company offering a transport consultancy and research service to the public and private sector. Originally established in 1933; 84 years ago, by the UK Government as the Road Research Laboratory (RRL), it was privatised in 1996. Its motto or tagline is 'The Future of Transport'.

Their website:
https://trl.co.uk/

... where they say:
Enabling world-class transport and mobility solutions that underpin tomorrow's economy and society

... and post lots of research papers they produce.

On June 15 they just posted a new item A Breath of Fresh Air: A Holistic Approach to Reconcile Future Transport with Improved Air Quality:
https://trl.co.uk/reports/breath-fr...concile-future-transport-improved-air-quality

Just got an email from "CyclingIndustry.News" (published by Stag Publications. Email editor Mark Sutton) watt notes Transport Research Laboratory white paper on clean air recommends e-bikes and active travel shift

Anybuddy wanna read this "white paper" for any other perspectives?

:)

AHOY WOKINGHAM! (Forgive an old sailor for yelling? ... it's a long way from the colonies... Canada... the middle bit... close to "fresh" waters... watt millions poop in EVery day... but anyway...)

This Canadian kid actually misses England. (`Round here - Toronto - a building "100 years old" they call "old"... they have NO IDEA... Bloody colonials...) Got to live in England as a kid for three years (Naval officer father "attached" to the "real" UK Navy, with working daze at Admiralty Square in London via commuter trains from Croydon.

`Round here (Alt. Reality Sphere of Influence) ya might read about the "Hubble Bubble" car my father used to drive and park at the train station... the German-made Messerschmitt KR200. Hehe... these daze most folks might think the Japanese make "small cars"... and have NO IDEA.

Getting a little closer to Wokingham (not really)... my first school was a boarding school near Horsehills, near Horley in Surrey:

Hehe... Arriving in the UK, got kidded for speaking "like an American"... got back to the colonies (Canada) and kidded for "talking like a Brit"... :)

Back "OT"...

Any idea how this "fully independent private company offering a transport consultancy and research service to the public and private sector" and "world-class transport and mobility solutions that underpin tomorrow's economy and society" can do to "kick up a notch" the "e-bike"?
