This is at the top of the page in the announcements.

The main rules here are don't be a spammer, and don't pick fights. By pick fights, I mean personal attacks. Spirited discussion of the topic welcome, but not discussion of peoples race, religion, or mental capacity.

When you are ready to ask questions, try to get them in the right forum category. Like battery section if you ask about an e bike battery, and other sections if you are talking about a bike, skateboard, motorcycle, etc.
