Oh, that's spectacular for little Wisconsin, they could wind up with maybe 2% of their work force employed by this. I'm still waiting for a lot more stories like this to believe jobs are returning in numbers.
 
You're kidding yourself if you think manufacturing is coming back in any meaningful way. Think about this: If China, one of the cheapest places of earth to get labour, is building Dark Factories, why would companies use expensive US labour?

The only manufacturing that will be coming back is very specialised high skill manufacturing. Maybe things like high tech manufacturing (phones, computers, etc) for now. But even those will be slimmed down over the next decade.
