When I pass by Leah Jane's BnB (146 Church Street), I always see a bunch of Hobos hanging out around the place. Some seem to be making drug deals. If you look at the driveway while you pass by the place, there's always a ton of used bikes and bike parts laying around, with some people swapping parts on them. It seems like a "business operation". There's always some new people/Hobos bringing in some bike that end up in the driveway or the garage behind. Some of the people leave after having dropped off the bike, then they come back with a new one later on. I would not be surprised if the vast majority of stolen bikes in Moncton end up in the Leah Jane's BnB garage... Before being shipped outside the province for illegal resale of stolen bikes.
I would not be surprised also if the center of that interactive maps of Moncton stolen bike was Leah Jane's BnB.
