What became of 21wheels

Hi folks.
Years ago, I bought plans for the el chopper from 21wheels.com. I put those plans aside and because of moving around, never did make the bike. I had totally forgotten about the plans or who made them and decided to search for them online. It took a while to remember the name, and when I did, I found the domain available. I'm hoping they just went through a name change, but does anyone here know what became of 21wheels?

21wheels was based out of Colorado... Boulder I think.

I guess that 21wheels was who I bought the EL Chopper book by John Bidwell of Bidwell designs from.
Found the book and it doesn't mention 21Wheels at all.

Anyway, case closed.
