BMS Battery two pin Electrical Connector

I have contacted BMS Battery four times without any response.
I have a BMS battery - 36V/15 Ah Bottle - 10 frame E- bike battery.
The two pin electrical connector between the Battery and the Frame is damaged .
Anyone know where I can buy a replacement?

4 times over what period of time?

The connector maybe $1.00 but the shipping will be $25.00
