fit a straight steerer into a tapered one

i got a kona entourage with a tapered steerer. 1.125" on top and 1.5" at the bottom.
now i got a boxxer double crown fork (the one on the left), and it has a straight steerer. so 1.125" from top to bottom.
this doesn't fit of course. i need to reduce something somehow.
what is the proper way of doing it?

I'm sure others do too, but Cane Creek for sure sells headset adaptor cups. One advantage of it is they have one that is offset if you want to change your effective head tube angle steeper or slacker by a degree or two also.

Thanks. I googled a bit and this seems a quite common issue, and adapter are they way to solve it.
They don't look really complicated, so i goes i will just make an aluminium one on my lathe.

vaseline will get it in.
