bafang ultra cover

I try to put bafang ultra in titanium frame
It seems not working, the motor do not fit in bracket
And the chainring comes against the swingarm
I ask frame producer, they told me that their are two covers for the bafang ultra drive.
And their are both delivered standard in the box
Is this true?

There would be two lids for the bafang ultra, a narrow one and a thicker one.

Have anyone know about two lids for the bafang ultra?

There are 2 different spiders available for the Ultra.

1 for mountainbike and the other for Fatbike.
The fatbike spider should clear your chainstay.
When I ordered my Ultra they asked me if it was for a fat or a normal bike.

What do you mean with the motor not fitting in your bracket?
My bracket needed some grinding between the mounting points.
They were a bit too narrow to fit the motor.
