Cycle Analyst shows inaccurate battery voltage reading

I have a 20 cell battery (74 nominal). When fully charged the voltage is 84V as measured with a DVM (Digital voltmeter), however, the cycle analyst indicated 85V. This is also the case at lower voltages.

Is there a way to correct this? Iv seen no voltage calibrating method in the CA manual...

If you're absolutely sure it's the CA that's incorrect, there is an advanced setting for V/V, in VScale, in the calibration section, that might be able to be used to fix this.
