Hi all

I got the new KT48ZWSRL-GP06 BLDC controller ordered from ebay.
The plan is to change the old damaged one.
The voltage, power is the same, I asked the seller if the new one will be suitable to replace the old one.
Of course the answer was "Yes".
But when I started to connect the new BLDC controller I noticed that it has different wiring.

1. Hall sensor

There are 6 wires of the hall sensor. On old one there were just 5 wires.
So there is +/- wire and 3 for each phase wire. As I read the 6th one should be temperature sensor.
Is that true?
Will it work if I don't use the temp sensor?

2. Throttle

I think my throttle is also damaged. With old controller I didn't have any voltage on the throttle connector.
Now I have something less than 5 V but the signal wire is also giving 5v signal. There is no change in the voltage if I press the throttle. I ordered the new one.
Is it possible that the old one has different principle of work?

3. Speed

On the old system, on the LCD there is 5 levels of speed and in the description of the new controller it is stated that it has 3 levels of speed.
Could that be a problem?

Please help!!! :D
