Rear tire

Hi I hooked up my 72v 1500w controller to my xpd motorino I've had it in there before I have the right hub motor that goes with the 72v controller and 72v lithium battery I manually turn rear tire in reverse plug learning wires in turn breaker on tire goes in reverse unplug learning and plug right back in tire goes forward unplug wires turn throddle nothing I can't figure it out, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
