Zero 2.8 module pack down

Hi guys!
My 2013 XU gone sad. Went on one 2.8 brick, full throttle, suddenly switched off and seems to be dead. Key turn does nothing. But voltage levels on service connector of battery are as usual. BMS`s led blinks as usual and makes reboot by button.
Ive tryed BMS board from second pack (but kept old main electrical keys) - bike turns on, but main contactor does not close.
Any ideas?

Replying myself:
BMS partially working, but no precharge voltage on power connector. Enable pin works, module charges when volatage is applyed.
Solution: when one brick - turn on by sending 5v on enable pin of BMS, when two bricks - works fine with no help!
