Hi,
Some days ago hall sensor wires of motor shorted and touch with motor body that made spark
My 2 halls of motor Damage and later replaced by myself
after Replacement It is not working with old controller then i bought new one

How i can repair my Damaged Controller.Chinese cheep controller 60V 1000W
Voltage to halls are Correct ,
feedback from hall is also good
no current at phases

Inside capacitors are also good nothing blown looks fine

There are no technical support or company this country to Repair this thing

Sorry that this isn't an answer to how to fix it but a fairly solid answer that I don't believe you can. I have a 60v controller that I took to a specialist (who fixes everything) and he said the short burned out the motherboard and replacing it was more work and money than buying a new controller. Sorry!

If the hall wires shorted to phase wires, its' likely that the MCU itself is damaged from the high voltage (not much else would cause a spark as described).

IF the MCU is damaged, it's unlikely you'll be able to get a replacement unless you find the same model controller from someone else with a differnet failure and an intact MCU.

Even so, it's probably easier to take the other good parts off yours and put them onto a controller with other failures (like bad fets, etc).
