upgrading motor & controller on znen e-grace scooter

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone out there can help me with upgrading my motor/controller on a Znen E-Grace scooter (It was imported through Weride.com, a company in Baltimore, but they can't offer much help.)

I ordered a 3000w motor and programmable controller but the wiring harness doesn't match the previous motor/controller. The manufacturer of the new motor has given me all the info I need for their controller, but I need to figure out what wires from the old motor/controller go into the new harness. Znen is horrible about providing info on their electrical specs so I'm left to figure it out on my own.

Does anyone have any advice?
