KT-LCD9

Hi all. Have been viewing the technical stuff on here for a while and it has helped no end. Especially wiring the phase and hall wires. Anyway, I have the KT-LCD9 display and KT controller on my electric scooter, all works fine except the display keeps switching to the settings after turning it on (after 3 seconds). I can’t get it back to the main display and there’s nothing in the instructions (which are pretty rubbish). Anyone know how to do it?

Hi I have same display, settings menu normally reached by holding up and down buttons at the same time then exited by pressing power button, could your buttons be crushed in? Maybe got squashed in transit, could open unit check rubber buttons aligned properly not being held down by plastic outer case, I know returns can be a pain with some suppliers poor attitudes but might by last resort ,good luck
