Noob here. Just got a new Super lithium 1500 brushless scooter to tool around on. It has a 60A 20ah 48v LiFePO4 battery. The thing is scary fast. Anyway, whats the best way to take care of this battery in the winter months when not used?
Thoroughly charge it and make sure it's balanced. Then use it a bit, maybe 1/3 of capacity. Then disconnect controller and BMS to ensure that nothing drains it while sitting.
