I hope now that up to 800A will be enough to burn out the tire and 42kg hubmotor.
But I will start first with less current, only to be sure not to braai the motor!
Well the torque should be around 400-500Nm and I hope also a little bit more.
But this is less regarding an Original GSXR in 1st gear (around 1000Nm).
So at the moment I will have absolutely no chance against an original GSXR ... but story will be continue in future!
In the meanwhile I can play with this vehicle
I am not in hurry, the day will come I will hopefully have enough power to kill a GSXR
But therefore I have to change back to middrive.
Well manufacturer of controller said that this controller is good for 100kW peak but I do not really know how they will calculate it. I think it is not so easy to multiply the 125VDC of max. battery voltage with the 800 phase amp.
But we will see. I have a current measurement device which can handle up to 1500ADC and I will put it to battery side to see how many current and voltage will be flow during acceleration.
Also the controller have a recording function for different values.
Hopefully I can start with first test´s by End of March ... depends on weather conditions here in GER during this periode.
BTW with 400A and 600A Kelly controller it was only possible to burn out on grass ground, not on street.
I think the weight of hubmotor is to much!
