My first project was to strip down a old 8 year old Baja minibike and convert it to electric, since the kid cant be buzzing around the neighbors houses making a racket! I really like these minibikes, because they look somewhat like real motorcycles, just a smidge smaller :) and lots of room for batterys.
This has 4 12v 15ah batterys, and a unite 1000w motor, with a chinese controller.

My son can get up to 25mph on this (using app speedometer on iphone)

Powdercoated and custom painted. I have the charging wire plugged into the fake gastank :)

I am on my second baja minibike now, and using a 48v lithium pack and a sabvoton controller (still fine tuning it) - Need to put it all together as I just got all the parts back from paint.

My Newest 48v 21ah lithium pack (lunacycle), 2000w sunwin controller - everything powder coated but fenders and gas tank
