Need Urgent Help Finding a Specific Design of Nickel Strip

Hey guys,

Just got screwed with plated steel when promised pure nickel (tested corrosion, resistance, spark test...all failed).
The strip in the attached photo is what I need and it's the only one I can use as I need a better conductor than the usual 7mm wide serial connections which is the max you will usually find in a nickel strip meant for use with cell holders.
The strip in the photo is the plated steel which has 9mm serial (and also parallel) connections and fits the special cell holders I have for them.
Tried to contact many suppliers on Alibaba but they all need to make a mold and it's almost a $1000 just for the mold.
I need about 3kg of this stuff at 0.15mm (my machine can't do 0.2mm so I have to go for width).
Any ideas?

This is 27mm with 12mm holes. 19mm between cells. 0.15 thickness.
Its 7mm wide if this is close enough for you.
I bought from them and its pure nickel.

It's pretty standard, it has 7.5mm serial and parallel connections while I'm looking for the "exotic" 9mm.

When you buy an order of bus material that ends up being nickel-plated steel, be aware it is still useful for the parallel connections. Just a thought...

buy pure sheet take to a CNC / plasma / water-jet / laser cutting shop?

Or maybe conventional drilling for the holes, straight cuts to form strips?

Close to my wierd style of nickel but still far away, will probably need a mold

Does it have to have a 9x10mm hole or would a 10mm square hole work? Looks like there are lots of nickel strip providers that could sell you 27mm wide strips of nickel, then you could use a 10mm punch and punch out the holes, like This:
