Pen size spot welder

What do I need to power it? Is it good?

I guess you still need all the normal extras

its only the handheld probes, you will still need a welder to power it. You would connect the welding cables to the place where the bolts are.
The black wire on it is a trigger, when the pins are press against the battery, they trigger the welder. It looks well built with copper all around.

Its only welding pen for spot welder. You still need spot welder - MOT spot welder, battery spot welder, any other welder... I think you can make this by yourself easy way for much less than 25$.
IMO 2 separate electrodes in each hand is still better option because you have better control. Also i dont have good opinion about thin electrode tips - i think 3-5mm copper is better choice. Tellurium copper electrodes from Kweld spot welder should be best choice...
