After many research, I decide to buy this lifepo spot welder instead of DIY one :bigthumb: . It's very cheap, 13.52 dollars for personal use, not for commerce.
It can use with < 0.15 Nickel Strip, this test using 0.1 Nickel Strip.

//I don't advertise for it, just a test video for anyone want a cheap spot welder.

For a good spot weld, you need controlled current, welding time and pressure.

If all 3 are furfilled, it's a great find.

But the welds do look kinda weak.

Tbh none of those welds were very strong, the ease at which they were pulled apart using only your fingers showed that.

I totally agree, because the price is too low, so I cannot expect more.

It's not meant as a criticism of the Welder as it is only a few dollars but more to be wary if trying to weld together an ebike usable battery, the battery will be a liability and with poor welded interconnectors that will fail easily.

for an ebike I think need a more powerful welder. If used for small packs, it is okay :bigthumb:

A clearer picture, I see the welds very well
