Here are some chemistries that do, variously used in both Li-ion and LiPo:

Noco? LCO LiCoO2 Lithium Cobalt Oxide, LiCoO2 (LiCo)

NCA lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide LiNiCoAlO2

NMC / NCM, aka LiNiMnCoO2, CMN, CNM, MNC and MCN are all similar nickel-manganese-cobalt, Lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide, aka INR I believe

NCO, LiNiCoO2 Lithium nickel cobalt oxide
